A band, like any team, can only function to the extent that the members function in harmony. Rick is one of those people with a gift for keeping things flowing, clicking, and happening. Affectionately known by the band, staff, and friends as "Slick Rick," he comes by the name honestly. He is like a combination of cement and grease, keeping it all together but keeping it moving along.
